Please note we only carry out servicing on AGAs in Northern Ireland.
As you can understand, AGA cookers require routine servicing and maintenance to ensure they continue to operate safely and efficiently. If you have an oil-fired AGA you may well find the oil burner will need to be cleaned; cleaning it means she will run in a far more efficient way.

What Aga Says About Servicing
AGA has listed other options below, and this information comes from their website
“Gas-fired AGA heat-storage cookers usually require an annual service, while the electric models should have a safety check and inspection carried out each year. The 30-amp model can be checked annually by a competent engineer for electrical safety and operation, whereas 13-amp models only require service at 5-year intervals.
Although the owner may perform some of the more simple operations, we would recommend that an AGA engineer carries out a periodic full service.
An oil-fired AGA heat-storage cooker should be serviced at six monthly intervals. 3-oven and diesel models may extend to 12 months. Solid fuel models require their internal flue ways to be cleaned monthly, with a six-monthly sweeping of the connecting flue pipe. The main chimney should be swept annually.” Source www.AGAliving.com
